ZENITH were my previous insurers and unfortunately while with them I had two claims (plus the one I  didn't know about)

One of these claims involved me bumping another car while slightly reversing in a very narrow lane - the guy behind me had snuck in right up to my tow hook!  I'm sure there's some sort of Natural Law at work here - stupdity of the driver is in direct inverse proportion to the expense of their car! No one in a big Merc or Audi (other makes are available) seems to know the width of their vehicle or how to engage reverse gear - they just sit there and glare at me.

However; after all said and done - there wasn't much damage - a little scratch on a headlamp ( which might have been existing!) and a small indent in the flimsy plastic valence. Repairs, I was told, that cost nearl £2,000!

Yea Gods and little fishes! How the Hell does that come about??? This is another form of blatant fraud - yet; one's own insurers go along with it.

YES, THEY SHOULD PAY LEGITIMATE CLAIMS BUT THEY ALSO HONOUR THEIR FIRST DUTY - TO THEIR CUSTOMER!!!

On contacting them over the contentious claim - they virtually told me to mind my own business because they said paying out a claim had nothing to do with me - it's their claim to do with what they like!  Then, of course, they blacken one's name on industry data bases which clients have no right to see let alone correct.   Shower of Bastards!

THEY ACTUALLY PAID OUT £600 FOR A HIRE CAR TO THE GUY THAT CLAIMED FRAUDULENTLY!!!

THIS IS STILL REGISTERED AGAINST ME.
